Gold Sample Menu

Our gold menu gives you the highest quality food with a wide variety of dishes to choose from to create a menu that is completely bespoke to you. All of the dishes and items on our gold menu are made from premium ingredients, and will offer you a larger range and amount of food for your needs.


The dishes included in our menu below are just a small sample of the dishes and choices that we are able to offer, so please get in touch to discuss your needs with us. We are also able to cater to all dietary requirements.

Breakfast

Cooked Breakfast

Eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached), premium back bacon, pork or vegetarian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, and beans.

Breakfast Baguettes

Eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached), best back bacon, pork or vegetarian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns.

Continental Breakfast

A selection of cereals, freshly prepared hot porridge, toast, jams & spreads, yoghurt, croissants, fresh fruit, and fresh juice.

Lunch

Choose one meat, one fish, and one vegetarian dish to create your lunch menu for each day. Each main dish will be served with a selection of sides.

Day 1

  • Shredded beef noodles

  • Smoked haddock and spring onion fishcakes with a tomato and chilli compote

  • Butternut squash and goats cheese parcels (V)

Sides

  • Crushed new potatoes (Ve)

  • Sweet potato fritters (V)

  • Green beans, roasted carrots, and broccoli

Day 2

  • Pork steak with a pineapple salsa

  • Seafood velouté  served on a bed of spaghetti

  • Baked avocado with a brie and sunflower seed stuffing (V)

Sides

  • Spiced hand-cut wedges (Ve)

  • Red pepper rice (Ve)

  • Glazed carrots, swede mash, braised greens

Day 3

  • Lamb kofte served with wholemeal pittas and salad

  • Cod loin with pea puree

  • Mixed vegetable pasta with roasted fennel and rocket pesto (V)

  • Parmentier potatoes (Ve)

  • Jacket potato (Ve)

  • Mediterranean vegetables, cauliflower, peas

Extras

  • A selection of mid-morning snacks will be provided including biscuits or doughnuts

  • A fresh fruit platter or cheese and cracker selection will also be provided

  • A selection of three freshly prepared salads will also be available on each daily menu 

  • A variety of desserts will be available to choose from to complete your daily menu including gateau, trifle, cheesecake, and many more

  • Various teas and coffees will be made available throughout the day

  • Ice cream and lollies are also available (weather permitting)
